Aftershow w/ Tunegirl + Italo Brutalo [DJ]
The Superbooth closing party in the beer garden to the right of the FEZ fountain – Wraping up SUPERBOOTH25 with Tunegirl and Italo Brutalo. See you there.
Tunegirl needs no introduction—she’s a familiar face at Superbooth and a passionate explorer of electronic sound. Her musical journey has been shaped by an unwavering love for rhythm and synthesis, always striving to push the boundaries of sound creation.
Her musical roots began in more traditional genres, influenced by hard rock, disco, and ’80s pop. However, in the late ’90s, it was the precision and raw energy of techno pioneers like Jeff Mills, Robert Hood, and Richie Hawtin that truly captivated her. Hypnotic basslines and the punch of drum machines sparked her entry into production, beginning with an Atari, Cubase, and classic gear like the Roland D-20, Juno 106, and TR-707.
After a decade-long hiatus, she returned to music in 2009, initially experimenting with software but soon feeling the need for the tactile experience of hardware. It wasn’t until she discovered Eurorack that everything clicked. Modular synthesis became her ultimate instrument—a constantly evolving system that enables her to create, explore, and perform with total freedom.

Italo Brutalo is a German producer, DJ, and circuit-bending enthusiast known for his distinctive use of vintage synthesizers and analog hardware. Drawing on influences from EBM, techno, electro, italo, and cosmic sounds, his music breaks genre boundaries while staying rooted in the raw energy of classic machines. Over the years, he has developed a unique sonic identity by combining hardware-based production with a playful, experimental approach.
As a live act, he performs exclusively with analog gear—no computer in sight—bringing a gritty and unpredictable edge to the stage. His performances are shaped by the imperfections and spontaneity of real-time machine interaction, creating an intense and engaging atmosphere in any setting.
His DJ sets are technically complex and dynamic, often involving up to five simultaneous audio sources and multiple mixers. In addition to his releases on various labels, he co-runs the imprint Bungalo Disco, where he continues to explore and share his vision of dance music beyond convention.
