DIY-Workshop / Build Your Own LeafAudio Dronesynth

Dronesynth is a four oscillator stereo drone synthesizer in a beautiful wooden box.
Price: 30€ reservation fee + 59€ rest payment = 89€ total.

It features two channels with two squarewave-osc each. The oscillators can be synced per channel to generate the typical sync sound. After that, both channels are fed into a filter circuit, which is actually a tilt-eq: more highs = less lows, more lows = less highs. It makes a lot of sense to use the machine with effect pedals like reverb and delay. It works with 9V battery or DC 9V power supply (not included).

It is suitable for beginners but it is a bit complex, you should have some DIY skills to finish it within our 3-hour time slot. You don't need to bring tools, we have good Ersa soldering irons. Please check this review where you can also see the circuit board.

After the reservation of the workshop here, please contact this email adress and let LeafAudio know that you registered so LeafAudio have an idea how many people will show up:

Important General Info:

To enter the workshop you need both: 1) a Superbooth ticket for the day of the workshop plus b) the workshop ticket itself! The workshop ticket covers the advance payment for the workshop, please bring your printed workshop ticket plus Superbooth ticket and enough cash to pay the rest payment here in the workshop area. (We possibly won't have small change!)

We generally have soldering irons but not too many tools. If you have own stuff and want to use it, bring it please! Do not forget your eye glasses if you need it for soldering. If you generally need recommendations for DIY tools, check this
