FLINTA* for Modular Beginners
with Neon Black Cat
FLINTA* workshops are exclusively for women, trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive people.
Our yearly introductory workshop for FLINTA* (women, trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive people) is intended as an opportunity to learn more about the world of modular synthesis in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere.
The workshop on Friday will be hosted by Neon Black Cat. Line, aka Neon.Black.Cat, is a trained designer and has also been a musician for over 20 years. After her time in punk rock, she discovered the world of synthesizers four years ago. Since then, she has been performing live regularly and co-founded the collective “Die Patcherei” with like-minded people, organizing regular synth jams in Bremen. Since 2024, she has also been giving workshops on synthesizers and drum machines through the FLINTA* collective “Mausalarm.” Her goal is to make it easier—especially for younger generations—to enter what is often perceived as a “male-dominated” field.
Please note: To enter the workshop you need a Superbooth ticket for the the day (or a 3-day ticket) + the free of charge workshop ticket itself. Both Tickets are vailable HERE in our ticket shop.
This workshop will be held in English
