Bela’s eponymous flagship product is an embeddable computing platform for creating ultra-low latency interaction with sensors and sound. Their most recent musical instrument is Gliss, a compact, multi-touch-sensing Eurorack module that can record gestures for over a minute, allowing users to create exactly the modulation they’ve imagined for a certain parameter in real time, rather than delicately fine-tuning a patch of different modulation sources. It can also shape and visualize control signals, create custom envelopes and much more, bringing high-resolution control to any parameter.
